Our client called us desperate because she had to be out of the house in less than 2 weeks as the house had been sold. A few months prior, the house has a burst pipe upstairs that ruined a lot of her belongings. An investor purchased the house to renovate, and gave our client a short window to move out.  The client was downsizing to a house half the size, so she had to get rid of stuff to move into her new place.
